Our Services

  • If you find yourself in removal/deportation proceedings, we can help defend you and protect your rights. We handle cases involving defensive asylum applications, applications for cancellation of removal and adjustment of status, prosecutorial discretion, and any other relief available through the Immigration Court.

  • We handle both affirmative and defensive asylum applications and can help steer you through the asylum process up to and including appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

  • We handle all aspects of family-based immigration, including both processing within the United States, and processing through a U.S. Consulate/Embassy. If you have any potential issues such as criminal convictions, illegal entry, or fraud, we can assist you with any applicable waiver/hardship applications, or with withdrawing any guilty pleas that were made without receiving the statutorily required warnings about immigration consequences.

  • If you are a minor child that has been abandoned by at least one of your parents, we can assist with the SIJ application process, which results in the grant of Lawful Permanent Resident status. We handle all aspects of the process including the complaint for custody with the Juvenile Court.

  • o TPS: We can evaluate if you qualify for Temporary Protected Status based on your country of origin, and help you file your TPS and employment authorization applications.

o T and U Visas: If you were the victim of human trafficking or the victim of a qualifying crime, we can assist you with obtaining the necessary law enforcement certification and filing your T/U Visa application with USCIS.

o VAWA applications: If you were the victim of abuse by a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident, we can assist you with applying for relief pursuant to the Violence Against Women Act.

  • o DACA: If you currently have Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), we can assist you with the renewal process.

o Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement and Investigations: If you have been exploited by your employer or if your employer has violated labor laws, we can help you apply for deferred action and employment authorization.

  • We can evaluate your eligibility for naturalization and help with the application and interview process, including the potential consequences of any criminal convictions. If necessary, we can assist you in withdrawing any guilty pleas that were made without receiving the statutorily required warnings about immigration consequences.
